The IELPO programme revolves around 7 teaching modules whose aim is to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and the analytical tools required of cutting-edge practitioners in all major fields of international legal and economic governance today.

Description

This module will explore the proliferating web of legal instruments governing cross-border investment activity and capital movement at the bilateral, regional and multilateral levels. The IELPO programme's treatment of international investment features sub-modules dealing with economic and institutional perspectives, followed by in-depth coverage of the law of investment protection and liberalization as well as the settlement of investment disputes, both among states and between foreign investors and host country governments.
